333333;font-size:19px"> 甲方该车辆如涉及交通事故，甲方应当及时告知乙方，同时告知交通事故涉及对象、交警部门等：该车辆实际所有人、使用人系甲方，不得向乙方要求赔偿，不得追究乙方责任，如已向乙方获得赔偿的，乙方有权向甲方追偿。

333333;font-size:19px"> 乙方在本协议所指车辆涉及的交通事故案件中被要求赔偿的，有权将本协议向第三人或有关部门出示证明应当向甲方要求赔偿，如被定义为连带责任已经赔偿他人的，可向甲方追偿；如涉及刑事、行政责任的，乙方有权将本协议向第三人或有关部门出示证明自己不是实际所有权人、使用权人，应当向甲方追责。
