(1)询价函的概念

询价,是由买方向卖方就某项商品交易条件提出的询问,询价目的是请对方报价.询价对交易双方都没有法律上的约束力。

(2)询价函的结构及写作方法

询价函可以向卖主索要主要商品目录本、价目单、商品样品、样本等,也可以用发询价单或订单的方式询问某项商品的具体情况。
